About The Role
Build and maintain cloud infrastructure for applications serving Japanese clients and our products. Ensure high availability, security, and cost optimization across multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage AWS/GCP/Azure infrastructure
- Implement containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Build CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Implement security and compliance measures
- Optimize infrastructure costs and performance
- Manage backup and disaster recovery
- Maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Respond to production incidents
- 3+ years of infrastructure or DevOps experience
- Strong expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure (multi-cloud experience preferred)
- Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Linux system administration (Ubuntu, Amazon Linux)
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go)
- Understanding of networking (VPC, DNS, load balancers)
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Monitoring tools (DataDog, CloudWatch, Prometheus)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Japanese language proficiency (N3 or higher) — plus
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)
- Experience with multi-cloud environments
- Security certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2 experience)
- Knowledge of GitOps workflows
- Prior work with Japanese infrastructure standards
