Position :-

• Inspector of Work (IOW) Architectural (1 position)

Location :-
Tawau Airport, Sabah

Qualification :-

• Minimum 5 years experience in Construction and Architectural detailings
• Diploma in Architecture or other related course (Inspector Of Work

Architect)

• Good knowledge in Architectural materials, finishes and construction detailings
• Proactive and must have the ability to work independently and to interface

with all levels of the organization

• Good technical knowledge (Architectural)
• Knowledge / know how of building construction and able to assess good

construction practice and quality

• Able to communicate effectively with client, authorities and site issues
• Self discipline & mature with good interpersonal skill
• Good knowledge of AUTO-CAD and report writing skill
• Duration Of Work : 20 months
• Commencement date of work : 01 September 2026
• Will team up with a Resident Architect for coordination and reporting
