Inspector of Work (IOW) Architectural (1 position)

Location :-
Tawau Airport, Sabah

Qualification :-

Minimum 5 years experience in Construction and Architectural detailings
Diploma in Architecture or other related course (Inspector Of Work

Architect)

Good knowledge in Architectural materials, finishes and construction detailings
Proactive and must have the ability to work independently and to interface

with all levels of the organization

Good technical knowledge (Architectural)
Knowledge / know how of building construction and able to assess good

construction practice and quality

Able to communicate effectively with client, authorities and site issues
Self discipline & mature with good interpersonal skill
Good knowledge of AUTO-CAD and report writing skill
Duration Of Work : 20 months
Commencement date of work : 01 September 2026
Will team up with a Resident Architect for coordination and reporting
