Resident Architect (1 position)

Location :-
Lapangan Terbang Tawau

Qualification :-

Possess a qualified / recognized architectural degree with LAM / PAM (Part 2)
Knowledge of construction method, Microsoft Project or equivalents.
Minimum 7 years experience of similar capacity.
Able to assist Principal Architect in Contract Administration.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Experience in supervising and coordinating with Consultants, Site Staffs,

Contractors and others.

Meticulous on construction quality and appearance.
Duration of Work : 24 months
