Product Realisation product completion
- Operate complex machines in production and manufacturing, and connect plastic handrails and other parts. Maintain the equipment in accordance with the preventive maintenance procedures. To change the form, disassemble or reassemble the die and extruder. Use hand tools to fit the handrail straps within the tolerance range
- When manufacturing rubber handrail belts and other components, operate moderately complex machines. Hand-assemble the handrail straps and splice them. Rework any defective areas by using knives and other hand tools.
- To change the form, disassemble and reinstall the mold equipment
- Set up and operate preparation instruments for different materials to slit, cut, extrude, assemble and reload rubber or rubber materials. To change the form and model, disassemble and assemble molds and other equipment
- Set up and operate the bending and pressing machine and router to prepare the brush holder and other items
- Maintain warehouse inventory through labels and calculate material differences
- Maintain a clean and orderly working environment to ensure that the production process operates effectively and the products are flawless
- Complete specific projects in the manufacturing area as required
- Pack all completed parts in accordance with the approved packaging methods and standards
- Transport materials to the production line for assembly in accordance with the approved warehouse control methods
- Maintain boiler production in accordance with approved methods and standards
