Senior Engineer Maintenance

Manages manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems(e.g., mechanical, electrical).
• Valuates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield.
• Performs equipment analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance).
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems. Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem solving tool available.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Masters/ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology) with 2 years of relevant working experiences.
• Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic and hands-on approach.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes.
• Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant documents .
