To learn on the Packaging loss points (extract/material) and perform data collection
Gain insight on operation process and technological losses

To learn on the basic line process that contribute to Quality. Highlight of abnormality if detected
Gain knowledge and awareness to escalate abnormalities
Routine
Participate in daily Packaging DCS for updates
PU, Microbe
Know on the way of communication and info exchange
TPM
Assist to perform 7S activities in Packaging.
Gain awareness of the concept and applications
TPM
Checking CILT records on the line and remind shopfloor to perform the CILT task/record
Administrative
Housekeeping of HACCP/ISO documents/ FSSC
Check and ensure documents are signed Discard documents 3 years and above (with coordination & approval)
Administrative
Raise assigned PR & perform GRN (Example: Stationery)
Know the workings of SAP (used in many companies)
Administrative
Packaging Visitor Visitation to Security
Know on COVID safety procedures of a company
Miscellaneous
Perform item collections and pass to Packaging members when instructed

Perform test bottle fabrication if necessary

Perform Monthly Sample collections if assigned
