Get To Know The Role
- L&D Operations & Partnerships: Involved all L&D administration (including registration, budgeting, reporting, and end-to-end HRDF claims) while collaborating with internal teams and external financial/banking institutions (e.g., AICB, ASB, FIDE) to get the necessary training programs and etc.
- Culture & Engagement: Partner with HR leadership to execute the Bank's culture strategy, analyze regular employee engagement surveys, design wellness and recognition initiatives, and boost employer branding.
- Scholarship Management: Oversee the end-to-end scholarship framework, including applicant tracking, progress monitoring, university communication, fund disbursement with Finance, and leading the Scholar Leadership Program.
- HR Project Support: Act as an agile People Associate by providing ad-hoc support for various HR projects and broader organizational initiatives as needed.
- Enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g.Human Resource, Branding/Marketing, or Communications).
- Experience in using Photoshop & Canva or similar software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
