In this role you will:
- Dispute / Chargeback investigation, representment, pre-arbitration, arbitration
- Chargeback loss recovery
- Prepare Chargeback report as per guided template, including collection of compelling / admissible evidence to reduce chargeback case / losses
- Contact affected counterparties (including customers) of disputed transactions,
- Transcribe the conversation with the customers
- Desk investigation (Fraud and suspicious transactions)
- Facilitate data gathering for analysis and reporting purposes
- Facilitate fraud investigation
- Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary.
- Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Fraud Management / International Business Administration / Business Administration or its equivalent
- A fixed minimum of 6 months of internship period and can start in September 2026
- Data analysis skills (Excel - advanced/intermediate). SQL is a bonus.
- Analytical skills and have the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to be a fast learner in a collaborative environment
- Adept multi-tasker and attentive to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English (Mandarin is a bonus), with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
