In this role you will:

• Dispute / Chargeback investigation, representment, pre-arbitration, arbitration
• Chargeback loss recovery
• Prepare Chargeback report as per guided template, including collection of compelling / admissible evidence to reduce chargeback case / losses
• Contact affected counterparties (including customers) of disputed transactions,
• Transcribe the conversation with the customers
• Desk investigation (Fraud and suspicious transactions)
• Facilitate data gathering for analysis and reporting purposes
• Facilitate fraud investigation
• Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary.
• Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
  
  

You're a great fit if you have/are:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Fraud Management / International Business Administration / Business Administration or its equivalent
• A fixed minimum of 6 months of internship period and can start in September 2026
• Data analysis skills (Excel - advanced/intermediate). SQL is a bonus.
• Analytical skills and have the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to be a fast learner in a collaborative environment
• Adept multi-tasker and attentive to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English (Mandarin is a bonus), with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
