Key Accountabilities
- Network Support: manages and maintains the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and other networking devices.
- System Support: responsible for managing servers, operating systems, and system software. And ensures that necessary practice configurations, and security measures are in place to facilitate access controls.
- Service Support: assist end user with technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and other IT-related problems. Provide guidance to users in navigating and using various IT systems, applications, and tools. Help with software installations, account setups, password resets, and other user-related inquiries.
- Security Support: responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of IT controls, monitoring network activities, conduct risk assessment to identify potential vulnerabilities and assessing compliance with internal policies and best practices.
- Possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any related field.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to read and comprehend English texts to evaluate AI responses based on context.
- Clear and concise writing skills to document findings and explain inconsistencies.
- High attention to detail when reviewing and validating written content.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
- Basic familiarity with running simple Python scripts is an advantage (no programming or development skill required).
