Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Assist with laptop deployment, including staging, configuring, and preparing devices for new team members.
• Shadow and assist the team in providing first-level IT support, helping internal employees resolve day-to-day tech issues.
• Learn how enterprise hardware support works by helping log, track, and coordinate hardware repairs with external vendors like Dell.
• Help maintain our IT inventory system, gaining insight into the full lifecycle management of enterprise equipment.
• Assist in coordinating with end-users to ensure their devices are updated, secure, and compliant with company standards.
• Help create and update user-friendly guides and IT documentation to make technology easier for everyone.

What You Need to Succeed

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A strong interest in IT support operations, hardware, and modern workplace technologies.
• A basic, foundational understanding of hardware troubleshooting and computer networking.
• Any prior exposure to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or basic networking concepts (VPN/LAN).
