Skop Kerja:
a) Membantu dalam penyediaan, penyusunan dan penyerahan dokumen tender lengkap
b) Membantu, mengenalpasti dan membeli tender
c) Menjaga dan mengawal dokumen pemfailan bagi menjejak rekod tender
d) Membantu dalam urusan permohonan, pembaharuan dan pendaftaran sijil syarikat
e) Membantu pengemaskinian data/rekod profail syarikat
f) Berkemahiran di dalam sistem eperolehan atau portal pertenderan adalah satu kelebihan
