Job Description
- Prepare, review, and/or assist in the execution of contracts and other legal documents assigned from time to time
- Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of corporate documents
- Administer and maintain the database and trackers of legal documents and ensure document organization
- Collaborate with other departments and external parties where necessary
- Other related tasks assigned from time to time
- At least 2 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department of a conglomerate or multinational company
- Background in contract management and corporate documents filing is a plus
- Sound judgment and able to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information
- Meticulous, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Able to manage a large amount of paperwork, multitask, and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
