Purpose Of The Role

• Manages the daily receiving of inbound produce loads into the warehouse accurately to meet weekly KPIs set targets.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders on the pending orders status and highlight issues immediately for further actions.
• Planning of subordinates working schedule according to the volume of orders.
• Planning of resources and material for cold chain packaging.
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and maintaining economical and efficient for daily cold room activities.
• Develop, lead, coach and overseeing development of each respective staffs according to company’s objectives.
• To ensure all operational processes are maintained up to date, adhere to all the SOP’s and to provide necessary trainings and coaching where required.
• Develop corrective and preventive actions on any order fulfilment failures.

• Knowledge on GMP, GSDP, GDPMD or ISO 9001
