Position Summary

As a PSC Management Trainee, you will embark on an immersive journey into our supply chain process at Nestlé. With guidance from experienced professionals, you will develop your analytical skills, forward-thinking, and planning capabilities. Prepare yourself to make an impact in solving challenges of getting raw ingredients at the right time and place, and products for our customers, and more!

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a multi-functional environment, interacting effectively with your team and business partners.
  • Be able to operate in a fast-moving environment and manage time effectively.
  • Be curious, enthusiastic, and a fast learner with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduate with limited work experience but a strong passion for Supply Chain.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Very good GPA and bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or any relevant field.
