We are looking for an experienced Manager to guide, mentor, and oversee program manager and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and oversee program manager and cross-functional teams.
- Define program roadmaps, implement initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and ROI.
- Lead multiple, complex projects from inception to completion, coordinating between Engineering, Planning, QA and Operations teams.
- Manage customer relations and maintain communication to customers on company commits and recovery plans
- Establish strategic relationship with customer
- Support customer's day-to-day operation and shipments
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams on project managements
- Review new products from customers and liaise with cross functional teams to ensure system and process is setup and released for Operations support.
- Manage backlog, prioritize customer's needs, provide alternate and garner resources to ensure seamless operation and program execution
- Analyze and compile regular reports for management team's review
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred.
- Possess 7+ years of relevant experience in Program Management and Planning, preferably within Semiconductor-related industries.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage.
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in MRP, Oracle, and Agile systems.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Ability to learn / understand the supplier’s business and manufacturing processes, technology sourced, and product families.
- Ability to concisely communicate escalations, requirements and issues to suppliers, stakeholders, peers, upper management, and customers with clarity.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong leader, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, hands-on and results driven.
- Ability to influence cross functional teams including technical decision makers.
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of purchasing, supplier selection, cost analysis and negotiation,
- Work independently in fast paced environment.
