Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manager to guide, mentor, and oversee program manager and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide, mentor, and oversee program manager and cross-functional teams.
  • Define program roadmaps, implement initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and ROI.
  • Lead multiple, complex projects from inception to completion, coordinating between Engineering, Planning, QA and Operations teams.
  • Manage customer relations and maintain communication to customers on company commits and recovery plans
  • Establish strategic relationship with customer
  • Support customer's day-to-day operation and shipments
  • Collaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams on project managements
  • Review new products from customers and liaise with cross functional teams to ensure system and process is setup and released for Operations support.
  • Manage backlog, prioritize customer's needs, provide alternate and garner resources to ensure seamless operation and program execution
  • Analyze and compile regular reports for management team's review


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred.
  • Possess 7+ years of relevant experience in Program Management and Planning, preferably within Semiconductor-related industries.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MRP, Oracle, and Agile systems.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Ability to learn / understand the supplier’s business and manufacturing processes, technology sourced, and product families.
  • Ability to concisely communicate escalations, requirements and issues to suppliers, stakeholders, peers, upper management, and customers with clarity.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leader, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, hands-on and results driven.
  • Ability to influence cross functional teams including technical decision makers.
  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of purchasing, supplier selection, cost analysis and negotiation,
  • Work independently in fast paced environment.
