We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing department and take our brand growth to the next level.
This is not a “business-as-usual” marketing role. We need a leader who can think globally, act regionally, and execute with speed. Someone who understands how to build strong brands, lead high-performing teams, use data and technology intelligently, and turn marketing strategy into measurable business results.
As our Marketing Director, you will lead global and regional marketing initiatives across brand, consumer marketing, trade marketing, performance marketing, digital platforms, creative, web development, and campaign execution. You will work closely with multicultural internal teams and external partners across different markets, business units, suppliers, agencies, and customers.
You will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in shaping how the brand grows, competes, and connects with customers across markets.

What You’ll Lead
- You will develop and execute global marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, support sales growth, and strengthen customer experience.
- You will lead brand positioning, messaging, campaigns, digital marketing, market insights, performance tracking, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration.
- You will guide the team in using digital marketing, AI tools, marketing technology, automation, CRM, SEO, SEM, e-commerce platforms, segmentation, A/B testing, and data analytics to improve campaign performance and business outcomes.
- Most importantly, you will build a marketing culture that is creative, accountable, collaborative, and commercially sharp.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong regional or global marketing experience with exposure to diverse markets and cultural considerations.
- Proven leadership experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG, pet food, consumer goods, or a fast-moving commercial environment.
- Strong digital and technology mindset, including knowledge of AI, marketing automation, digital campaigns, CRM, SEO, SEM, e-commerce, content strategy, and performance analytics.
- Strategic thinking with execution discipline. You can build the big picture, but you can also drive the team to deliver.
- Commercial orientation. You understand how marketing supports revenue, market share, customer experience, brand equity, and business growth.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills. You are comfortable working with manufacturing, sales, business units, agencies, vendors, customers, suppliers, and multicultural teams.
- People leadership capability. You can develop talent, set direction, build accountability, and inspire teams to perform.
- You are a marketing leader who is curious, bold, analytical, and hands-on when needed.
- You are not afraid of change. You know how to use technology and AI to make marketing smarter, faster, and more effective.
- You care about brand quality, customer experience, and business results.
- You can lead creative discussions, challenge assumptions, read performance data, manage agencies, influence stakeholders, and bring people together across countries and cultures.
- You are passionate about building brands that people trust and love.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of marketing experience, including leadership roles and proven success in strategy development and implementation.
- Regional or global marketing experience is required.
- Experience in pet food, FMCG, consumer goods, or e-commerce-driven industries is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PCM, CIM, or PMP are an advantage, but not required.
