JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Arranges and displays products in stores to make them look good and easy to find.
• Keeps track of stock and ensures products are restocked when needed.
• Watches what competitors are doing and understands what customers want.
• Talks to store staff and customers, then shares feedback or ideas with the sales team.
• Helps set up sales or special promotions to increase product visibility.
• Often visits different stores to ensure everything is in place and products are well-stocked.

Skills Needed:

• Good communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possess basic understanding of market trends, competitors, products, and customer needs.
• Strong merchandising and organizational skills.
• Must possess a valid motorcycle licence and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
