JD – Mortgage Specialist Job Descriptions
- Promote mortgage products to potential customers
- Constantly identify new sales strategies and approach to increase individual and team achievements i.e. prospecting through telesales & mobile sales activities which include cold-callings, attending sales launches / roadshows, referrals & enquiries etc.
- Participate, plan and support sales activities i.e. marketing visitation / appointment, sales presentations on mortgage and other consumer products.
- Ensure applications forms are duly completed prior to submission.
- Ensure best sales practice and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure all customers enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure no misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes
- Minimum SPM qualification with credit in BM, English and Mathematics
- Experience in customer service environment with strong customer care culture
- At least 1 year in-depth sales experience in mortgage related business
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Basic spoken and written English language
- Awareness of consumer and market trends
