Officer, Customer Service (Fresh Graduates | No Night Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information on insurance products and assist customers with their enquiries.
• Build and maintain positive relationships by delivering a professional and pleasant customer experience.
• Follow up with customers regarding their enquiries and ensure all interactions are properly recorded.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information.
• Work closely with the team to achieve service and performance objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant telephone manner.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn.
