Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support warehouse and logistics operations, with a strong focus on quality assurance and VAS activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence by maintaining high-quality standards, coordinating daily operations, and driving continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities

• Manage overall quality assurance of warehouse operations, with a focus on VAS (Value-Added Services) activities

• Perform sample checks to ensure goods are packed correctly and meet required quality standards

• Ensure operational quality standards, compliance, and SOP adherence are consistently maintained

• Handle shipment planning, coordination, and scheduling to meet timelines

• Prepare operational reports, documentation, and performance tracking

• Liaise with transporters, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

• Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations coordination

• 2–5 years of QA experience in logistics/warehouse environment is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality and accuracy

• Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

• Familiarity with warehouse or logistics systems will be an added advantage
