Description
OTR Regional Coordinator is a strategic position designed to drive alignment, standardization, and operational excellence across all last mile OTR operations within the region. You will negotiate priorities across stations, align capacity planning with regional goals, and drive data-driven decisions that impact DSP readiness, Flex channel management, fleet design compliance, and last mile delivery metrics across the network.
During Peak Events this role requires working weekends, holidays, and night shifts to ensure flawless regional execution. You will lead pre-peak readiness audits, coordinate escalation protocols, and serve as the regional POC for OTR-related decisions.
