General Operative Duties In This Instance Could Include
- Operate and monitor machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform tasks required in handling raw materials and finish goods.
- Report any issues to the supervisor. Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards.
- Load and unload materials, parts, or products onto or from pallets or trucks manually or using material handling equipment.
- Complete production quantity and quality maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Adhere to safety regulations and wear protective equipment as required. Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning machinery and disposing of waste materials properly.
- Perform overtime over the weekend and public holiday when required.
- Minimum SPM Qualification or Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
- Preferred experience is manufacturing or Warehouse environment.
- Basic understanding of Warehouse processes.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery.
- Ability to carry physical works.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor in various conditions (hot, dusty, wet and noisy).
- This role required you to work on rotating shifts.
- Able to work overtime (if required).
- Average command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Possess own transport.
