Job Description

To operate production machine process – either auto, semi auto or fully manual – to execute production paints process and products into approved containers according to worksheet and instructions from the Line/Team Leader in accordance with quality, safety, productivity and planning requirements. The production process includes either dispersion, make up, labelling/printing, filling, reworking, re-caning, and palletizing.

• Dispersion, make up or filling the product as plan in sizes instructed in the worksheets or provided by the leader.
• Checking to see of the product as plan are according to specifications and in the required quantity before starting the process.
• Products execute according to the quantity requirement.
• Check the quality of the product before releasing to the next process
• Continuous housekeeping activities during the work shift which includes removing waste, excess containers, drips and spills on the floor.
• Sweep and clean all equipment used in the assign process, so that the life of the equipment can be prolonged, and breakdowns are minimized
• Observe the process and provide data as required.
• Provide suggestions for improvements.
• Participate in CI projects and activities
• Submit all production reports, attendance, and allowance reports on time.
  
  

Job Requirement

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent
• Some fluency in English, fluent in Bahasa, both in spoken, understanding and written
• Participative, physically fit
• Not colour blind.
