We are looking for a Platform Engineer - Microsoft 365 to join our global IT team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for building and operating a secure, scalable, and highly available M365 collaboration platform supporting users worldwide.

This role combines hands-on engineering, platform operations, and continuous improvement in a modern cloud environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide advanced (3rd line) operational support for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive), including handling complex incidents and escalations.
• Actively participate in M365-related projects, including onboarding of new capabilities, integrations, migrations, and continuous platform improvements.
• Ensure security, compliance, and operational stability of collaboration services in line with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Maintain and continuously improve technical and operational documentation (procedures, standards, platform guidelines), ensuring knowledge is up to date and easily accessible.
• Act as a technical expert and escalation point, supporting standardization, automation, and continuous service improvement across the platform.
  
  

Who You Are

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID).
• Solid scripting skills in PowerShell.
• Experience in cloud operations, monitoring, and automation.
• Understanding of platform engineering and infrastructure concepts.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management).
• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
