Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement:
• Develop and execute comprehensive cost reduction strategies to achieve significant COBM% improvements (5-30% reduction in under a year)
• Operational Infrastructure Improvement:
• Direct infrastructure improvements to boost efficiency, deliverhigh-quality releases, and reduce systemic quality issues
• Fab, Assembly, and Test Offloads:
• Lead multiple offloads, including the successful bring-up of new process flows and establish clear quality deliverables for process sameness
• Entitlement Cost Analysis and Competitive Solutions:
• Deliver entitlement cost analysis and competitive solutions to meet aggressive pricing needs, directly contributing to securing new business wins and expanding the Total Addressable Market (TAM)
• Customer Returns Management:
• Implement a comprehensive framework for managing customer returns,improving team efficiency, and reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement across operations
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations,engineering, and quality to drive systemic fixes, optimize processes,and implement cost reduction initiatives
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, measure the effectiveness of cost reduction initiatives, and inform strategic decisions
• Identify areas for optimization, refine test protocols, and optimize package BOM to eliminate capacity bottle necks and increase throughput
• Implement systemic fixes in test and manufacturing to ensure process excellence
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Electrical Engineering,Operations)
• 8+ years of experience in operations management, cost reduction, and process improvement
• Proven track record of delivering significant cost reductions (5-30%COBM% improvement) and efficiency improvements
• Strong understanding of operational infrastructure, test and manufacturing processes, and quality management systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with data analysis, entitlement cost analysis, and competitive solutions development
• Experience with customer returns management and quality management systems is preferred
