We are looking for an experienced Principal Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex IT transformation initiatives with significant business impact.

You are a project management expert with strong grounding in methodologies, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to lead diverse global teams. You thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment and can communicate clearly across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, driving alignment, influencing decisions, and managing expectations across global business and IT teams.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks; implement structured risk management practices to ensure predictable delivery.
• Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor cross-functional, multicultural teams (project managers, workstream leads, and matrix teams) to achieve high performance.
• AI-Driven Project Management: Leverage AI tools to enhance project planning, forecasting, risk detection, and decision-making.
• Planning & Governance: Define scope, objectives, timelines, and dependencies; ensure strong governance and reporting.
• Budget & Commercial Management: Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and ensure value delivery.
• Communication: Drive clear and effective communication across teams, partners, and leadership, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Change & Issue Management: Effectively manage scope changes, resolve issues, and ensure minimal business disruption.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor delivery progress, resource utilization, and project health using data-driven insights.
  
  
  

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, leading large-scale IT-enabled transformation programs
• Proven track record in delivering business-impacting initiatives (beyond technical delivery)
• Strong experience managing senior stakeholders, including negotiation and conflict resolution
• Demonstrated leadership of global, diverse, and matrixed teams
• Strong risk management and governance experience
• Solid commercial and financial acumen
  
  
  

Methodologies & Tools

• Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches
• Deep understanding of SDLC and large transformation or migration programs
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
• Familiarity with AI-enabled project management tools is highly desirable
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification (preferred)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
