Procurement Executive
Responsibility :
To establish, implement & update department Procedure, Work Instruction, Rules & Regulations & control documentation.
To always aware of prevention & cost down by continual improvement.
Daily procurement activity, sourcing, inquiry and evaluation of quotation, negotiation and confirmation of order.
Prepare Purchase Order.
Receiving materials from suppliers direct to the office.
To attached Delivery Order/ Invoice/ Purchase Order for accounting necessary.
To implement purchasing procedure effectively.
To ensure material receive on time in order not to hinder to project progress.
To maintain & update “approved supplier list”.
To up-date suppliers’ profile.
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
To Manage & update the documentations in Purchasing related to ISO 9001 requirements.
In-charge of Purchasing Control Procedure.
To involve in Quarterly Health & Safety Inspection / Quarterly Health & Safety Meeting, take action to reduce Quality / Health & Safety Issue.
To prepare department Report for department HOD presentation during Monthly Management Meeting.
Authority :
Recommend the selection of supplier.
Evaluate the supplier performance.
Reject the purchased material which is not to the specification of purchased material or has defect.
Evaluate the purchasing procedure and recommend any necessary changes.
Academic Qualification :
Degree / Diploma in or equivalent
Skills & Experience :
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Engineering /Utility Services or relevant fields.
Self-motivated and a team player.
Must be able to lead a team and work under pressure
Good communication & correspondence skills with Microsoft Office knowledge.
Well versed with contract engineering specifications by law/ standard for Utility Services.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is add advantage.
