What Will You Do
As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping, managing, and continuously improving platform capabilities that support multiple business and operational functions. Your key responsibilities include:
- Platform Management: Own and manage the platform capabilities, ensuring they support business processes, operational workflows, system integrations, and user needs effectively.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, engineering teams, business users, regional teams, and Brand Partners to understand needs, align priorities, and translate business objectives into scalable product solutions.
- Requirement Definition: Define clear business and product requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for the development team.
- Product Roadmap & Prioritization: Support the definition and management of the product roadmap, balancing business value, technical feasibility, operational impact, and delivery timelines.
- User Experience & Process Optimization: Continuously improve platform workflows, usability, and system efficiency to ensure the platform delivers measurable business value and supports operational scalability.
- Delivery & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with engineering and business teams to ensure timely delivery of features, enhancements, and fixes, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders (internal and external such as Brand Partners).
- Platform Scalability & Governance: Help ensure that new features and enhancements are designed in a scalable, reusable, and maintainable way to support current and future business needs.
- Product Management Experience: Prior experience in product management, platform management, business analysis, or technology project delivery.
- E-commerce or Platform Understanding: A good understanding of e-commerce, operational systems, platform workflows, or enterprise systems is preferred.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, define requirements, and propose practical product solutions.
- Detail-oriented Approach: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile software development practices, including Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, backlog management, and user story creation.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic and Practical Thinking: Ability to contribute to product roadmap planning while also being hands-on in requirement gathering, issue clarification, and delivery follow-up.
- Ownership Mindset: Proactive, accountable, and comfortable driving topics from problem discovery through to solution delivery.
