British American Tobacco DBS has an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager - SAP Controlling in Selangor Malaysia

This role manages the SAP Controlling, focusing on product costing and management reporting areas.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Subject matter expert within SAP Controlling, having deep knowledge of product costing (CO-PC) and material ledger (CO-ML), in addition to the general modules within SAP CO
• Key focus within the change lifecycle of implementation of changes including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, impact assessment, addressing the appropriate governance body for approvals, transition and supporting the change post implementation
• Provide input and recommend robust solutions to meet business requirements
• Responsible for evaluation and approval of the Estimates provided by the 3rd party Service provider
• Accountable in ensuring changes meet the change management processes/governance/criteria
• Owner of IT automated controls and responsible for quality assurance following audits and SOX controls
• Supporting change management, release and deployment management, test management, service transition and service operations
• Support and contribute to CSIP increasing quality/standards and driving towards lean organization
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 6 years working experience in SAP ECC and S4 HANA with at least 3 full lifecycle project implementations
• Abilities in SAP ECC or S4 HANA Finance and Controlling, with primary focus in Controlling area
• Have experience/knowledge with integration to other SAP modules including MM, SD, and PP
• General appreciation of SAP technical and ABAP
• Have working experience in areas of business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, designing solutions, implementing feasible solutions, conducting tests (FUT, SIT, UAT, RT), data conversion and supporting the solution
• Have good engagement and communication skills and is able to work with collaborators from all levels and globally
• Professional certification in ITIL, Agile, DevOps, and Lean Six Sigma processes and guidelines is beneficial. Additionally, understanding how SOX applies within IT is valuable.
