Summary We are looking for a Junior/Senior Process & Production Engineer who will be part of operation team and focus on manufacturing process improvement.
Your Tasks:
  • Monitor production progress, work-in-process status, and output performance to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality requirements
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret production data; prepare reports and improvement proposals.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) work instructions, and control plan.
  • Lead in process optimization, cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, and continuous improvement activities
  • Participate in new process or product introduction, qualification, and production ramp-up activities
  • Maintain accurate and complete manufacturing records, production documentation, and standard operating procedures in accordance with company policies
  • Prepare, analyse, and distribute production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to relevant departments for management review
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to enhance product performance and reduce defects
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
  • Ensure a Safe working environment and good 5S practice (zero incident/accident)
    • Any other tasks assigned by superiors based on the business needs/requirements
Your Skills:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in process engineering or manufacturing.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and technical specifications .
  • Familiar with CAD software is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytic skills.
  • Willing to learn and continuously self-develop.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
