Position: Project Officer
(Location:Subang Jaya)Roles & Responsibilities:
Project management- To implement and project management of overall projects based on work programme;
- To oversee and coordinate any construction work carried out from the start to end;
- To budget, plan, monitor and schedule of the project progress and provide feedback and updates to the supervisor;
- To attend any meetings related to projects with clients, contractors, architects etc when necessary;
- To coordinate and be the liaison person between contractors, suppliers and management;
- To valuate, maintain and source current and new suppliers as and when required;
- Manage and maintain the company’s fixed assets, including buildings, vehicles, equipment, and other company properties.
- Maintain accurate asset records, documentation, and filing systems, ensuring all information is up to date and properly archived.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, servicing, and insurance claims for company assets with relevant vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate asset maintenance, repairs, servicing schedules, warranty matters, insurance claims, and other related administrative processes.
- Conduct periodic asset inspections and inventory audits to ensure proper utilization, accountability, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor asset movement, disposal, replacement, and procurement records in accordance with the company’s asset management procedures.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
Who we are looking for:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Project management, Business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant working experience in project coordination, facilities management, or asset management.
- Proficient in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Knowledge of fixed asset lifecycle management, inventory audits, and maintenance scheduling.
- Meticulous in documentation, record-keeping, and filing; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong skills in Excel (for budgeting and valuation), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and internal management.
- Fresh graduate is strongly encouraged to apply! Internship experience in construction, facilities, or administration will be considered an advantage.
