Role

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Roving to Selected Pharmacies Based on Route Plan
  • Organizing and following a pre-determined route to visit specific pharmacies, which may involve geographic efficiency or priority locations.
  • Approaching Pharmacists and Detailing the Product USP
  • Building a rapport with the pharmacists to gain trust and facilitate product discussions.
  • Presenting the product's unique selling points, including its benefits, features, and how it stands out from competitors.
  • Providing additional information or training on the product if necessary and keeping the pharmacy updated on new product releases or promotions.
  • Monitoring and Tracking Product Availability & POSM Visibility
  • Ensuring that the product is readily available in sufficient quantity, tracking stock levels, and addressing any shortages.
  • Ensuring that promotional materials, such as posters, banners, or shelf displays, are placed in high-visibility areas within the pharmacy to increase product awareness.
Job Requirements
  • Candidates must have possessed at least a SPM/Higher, any fields.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
