This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9 -12 months initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

Responsibilities

• Support pavement maintenance projects across the project lifecycle, from tendering and contract award to final account and project close-out.
• Assist in preparing project reports, cost estimates, financial updates, and CMS submissions to ensure timely reporting to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors on project documentation, financial reporting, and tender activities.
• Participate in annual work planning, tender documentation, and Board Tender Committee (BTC) paper preparation for upcoming projects.
• Gain hands-on site experience by supporting construction planning, site documentation, and daily project administration, including JMS and Site Diary preparation.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
