Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, material planning, production planning or supply chain within an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment.
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and procurement processes is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Open to Malaysian candidates who are willing to work in the Philippines.
- Generate purchase orders based on customer forecasts, firm orders, and material lead-time requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers on purchase order acknowledgements, delivery schedules, and shipment confirmations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth material planning, procurement execution and supply continuity.
- Update and maintain accurate supplier delivery and goods receipt transactions in the system in a timely manner.
- Manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality, delivery and cost objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency, teamwork and smooth production operations.
- Support inventory control initiatives to minimize excess inventory and prevent material shortages.
