職務内容
現在、品質管理部門をリードし、品質管理体制の構築・強化ならびに継続的な改善活動を推進いただく品質管理マネージャーを募集しています。
立ち上げフェーズの製造現場において、品質プロセスをゼロから構築しながら事業成長を支えていただく、実務志向の品質管理経験者に最適なポジションです。
職務内容
- 品質管理チームを統括し、受入検査・工程内検査・出荷前検査における製品品質を確保
- QC手順書、作業標準書、検査基準書など各種品質関連ドキュメントの策定・運用・改善
- 製造立ち上げ環境に適した品質管理システムおよび検査プロセスの構築
- 顧客要求事項、半導体業界基準、および各種品質規格への適合管理
- 不良率、顧客クレーム件数、歩留まり、FPY（初回合格率）、スクラップ率、不良品質コストなどの品質KPIのモニタリング
- 顧客クレーム、社内品質問題、サプライヤー品質問題の調査および是正対応の主導
- 生産、エンジニアリング、保全、調達、SCM部門と連携した品質課題の解決および工程改善
- 新製品導入（NPI）、工程バリデーション、各種認定活動のサポート
- 測定機器の校正・保守管理 内部監査の実施および顧客監査、認証監査、サプライヤー監査への対応
- 顧客評価や認証機関による外部監査への対応
- ISO9001をはじめとする品質マネジメントシステムの導入・維持運用
- クリーンルーム管理、異物管理、ESD対策など半導体業界特有の品質要求事項への対応
- 不適合品管理および適切な処置の推進 サプライヤー品質管理体制および受入検査プログラムの構築・運用
- 品質レポートの作成およびマネジメントレビューでの報告
- QC検査員および品質エンジニアの育成・指導
- 品質重視の企業文化と継続的改善活動の推進
- Kaizen、Lean Manufacturing、Six Sigmaなどの改善プロジェクトへの参画
- 工学、製造、生産管理、品質管理、または関連分野の学士号を有する方
- 精密加工、半導体製造装置、自動化機械、電子部品、精密組立などの製造業において、品質管理（QC）または品質保証（QA）の実務経験5年以上
- 品質部門のマネジメントまたはチームリーダー経験2年以上
- 製造業における品質マネジメントシステムの構築・改善経験
