We're Hiring: Recruitment Partner (Open to Fresh Graduates)!

Handle end-to-end recruitment for SG clients, identifying and engaging top talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive hiring experience for both clients and candidates.

Location: Bukit Bintang
Work Mode: Hybrid (after probation)

What You'll Do:
Collaborate with Consultants to understand staffing needs
Source and screen candidates across various roles
Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline
Assist in coordinating interviews
Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS

What We're Looking For:
Any Bachelor's degree
Candidates with HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
