Core Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned regional operations
Oversee financial reporting and analysis across multiple markets/countries within the region
Manage regional finance team and provide guidance to local finance staff
Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and local regulatory requirements
Key Financial Functions:
Monthly/quarterly financial close processes and variance analysis
Regional P&L management and performance reporting
Cash flow management and working capital optimization
Financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Strategic Duties:
Support regional business development and market expansion initiatives
Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
Lead regional budget reviews and business planning processes
Collaborate with regional leadership on operational improvements
Stakeholder Management:
Interface with corporate finance, audit, and executive teams
Manage relationships with local finance teams and business unit leaders
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
Present financial results to regional and corporate leadership
Leadership Requirements:
Team management and development of finance professionals
Process improvement and system optimization initiatives
Cross-functional collaboration with operations, legal, and HR teams
Mentor junior finance staff and build regional finance capabilities
Typical Qualifications: CPA/equivalent, 8-12 years finance experience, regional/international experience preferred, strong analytical and leadership skills.
