We are now looking for a Regional Manager, Real Estate. This position is located in Johor Bahru.
What you will do
- Manage full lifecycle of real estate portfolio across APAC including acquisitions, disposals, renewals, and consolidations
- Lead real estate transactions and negotiations with landlords and stakeholders
- Prepare business cases and proposals for Real Estate Board approval
- Ensure lease administration compliance and maintain portfolio database on APAC area
- Drive workplace strategy and office development projects
- Collaborating with stakeholders
- Oversee property maintenance and facility standards
- Ensure adherence to ESG standards within the real estate portfolio
- Manage vendors and service providers
- Act as primary contact point for APAC real estate matters
- Align regional plans with global strategy
- Manage and drive on KPIs and cost efficiency Participate in global real estate initiatives and continuous improvement
Who you are
- You have minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Real Estate, Business, Finance, Engineering, Architecture)
- You have 5–10 years of experience in corporate real estate or facilities management
- You have strong lease negotiation and portfolio management experience
- You have project leadership skills and experiences
- You have experience managing multi-country portfolios
- You have strong commercial and financial acumen
- You have excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- You have people leadership skills You are proficient in English
