Job Responsibilities
The Research Associate, InfoAccess will support research and insight generation across a broad range of healthcare and life sciences topics, including pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, therapeutic areas, clinical development activity, competitive intelligence, market trends, funding events, conference outputs, and strategic account priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting high-quality secondary research using internal and external information sources.
Supporting the development of company profiles, therapeutic area overviews, pipeline summaries, competitive landscapes, market intelligence outputs, and slide-ready research content.
Reviewing and synthesising information from public sources, subscribed databases, news alerts, conference materials, earnings releases, analyst commentary, and internal knowledge repositories.
Preparing clear, concise, and well-structured research summaries, tables, briefings, and written outputs for internal stakeholders.
Supporting business development, proposal, account planning, and strategic intelligence requests across Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, and CRO sectors.
Tracking relevant industry developments, including clinical milestones, partnerships, funding activity, regulatory updates, competitor activity, and market trends.
Maintaining accuracy, consistency, and source traceability across research outputs.
Collaborating with members of the InfoAccess and Business Insights teams to prioritise requests, manage deadlines, and ensure outputs meet stakeholder requirements.
The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, written communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple research requests in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, or healthcare sector would be advantageous.

Summary
The Research Associate, InfoAccess will support the Business Insights team by conducting secondary research, market and competitive intelligence, company and asset profiling, conference intelligence, and evidence gathering across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, MedTech, and CRO sectors.
