Road Logistics Customer Care & Operations Specialist is responsible for managing Trucking coordinatio, custom clearance coordination and DagangTek submission.

How you create impact

• Manage order entry and processing to ensure the smooth operation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers.
• Ensure that customer orders meet delivery deadlines, service quality, and regulatory standards.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner, escalating to management as needed.
• Ensure that customers are kept informed about the status of their orders or shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service issues.
• Prepare reports on customer feedback, sales performance, and potential areas for improvement.
• Assist in tracking KPIs to measure customer service success.
• Work closely with other departments (logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth customer experience.

What we would like you to bring

• Minimum Diploma
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Malay.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Location either be based in Penang:

Penang Office : 118, Jalan Perusahaan, Bukit Tengah, 14000 Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia
