Why does this role matter?

The Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting the efficiency and success of the sales operations by ensuring accurate order processing, invoicing, and customer coordination. This position acts as a central point of contact between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth administrative processes and high-quality customer service.

How will you make an impact?

• Manage and process customer orders through SAP and email communication
• Ensure accuracy of sales orders, invoices, and related documentation
• Coordinate with clients to collect missing information and respond to inquiries
• Handle invoicing activities in a timely and accurate manner
• Support sales representatives with administrative and operational tasks
• Communicate customer feedback and important updates internally
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal processes
• Contribute to achieving sales administration targets and service excellence

What makes you a great fit?

• 2–4 years in sales admin/order management, ideally in IT/technical B2B

• Diploma/Degree in Business or equivalent experience

• Strong MS Excel skills; SAP/ERP/CRM exposure is a plus

• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

• Adaptable, accountable, and comfortable in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
