Sales Designer

The Role:
As a Sales Designer at The Makeover Guys, you'll combine sales and interior design expertise to create makeover solutions that enhance both homeowners' lifestyles and property value. You'll understand clients' needs, develop strategic design proposals, and guide them from consultation to project confirmation. Our mission is to enable people to enjoy better homes, and you'll play a key role in building lasting relationships with homeowners while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
1. Understand clients' needs, lifestyle, and property goals through professional consultation.
2. Recommend strategic interior solutions to enhance living experience and maximise property value or rental returns.
3. Drive sales conversion and build strong relationships with clients by guiding homeowners from consultation stage to project confirmation.
4. Prepare design proposals, including mood boards, drawings, cost estimates, and quotations.
5. Conduct site visits, oversee unit styling, and perform quality checks throughout the project.
6. Coordinate furniture, décor, and related product orders with suppliers and the project team.
7. Hand over completed projects and ensure client satisfaction.
8. Stay updated on interior design trends, renovation solutions, and industry best practices.
Who You Are:
1. Background in interior design, interior architecture, or other artistic disciplines
2. Client servicing experience preferred!
3. Great communication skills, able to manage client expectations well
4. Results-driven and high level of accountability
5. Great time management skills
6. Strong team player
Working Arrangement:
Hybrid. Work closely with our Business Unit Manager and Project Manager.
