Sales Executive

Mission of the Role

Drive sustainable growth by winning new customers, expanding existing accounts, and providing value-added testing solutions that support quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and expand existing customer accounts.
• Promote Indelab’s testing services by identifying customers’ quality, regulatory, and compliance needs.
• Manage customer visits, presentations, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Build lasting customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and tender submissions.
• Track market trends and develop action plans that address market needs.
• Uphold the Company’s positive image at all times.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the supervisor.
  
  

Qualifications, Experience And Technical Skills

• Degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years B2B sales experience.
• Experience in TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification), laboratory services, analytical instruments, technical services, or industrial sectors preferred.
• Excellent commuciation skills, both verbal and written in English
• Strong listening and problem solving abilities.
• Has a comprehensive understanding of the techniques in testing services.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
