Sales Trainee - KL/ Cyberjaya/ Johor/ Penang (Contract to start)

Tesla Sales Trainee Program offers up to six-month of enriching experiences to develop future leaders in Tesla and in sustainable energy. Trainees will be assigned with relevant role throughout the learning duration which may include various roles depending on business needs and learning opportunities, strong performers will get the opportunity to convert to Full-time employee

Responsibilities

• To welcome walk-in guests, answer questions and manage customer’s experience in positive way.
• To educate the public about electric car through enriching conversations.
• To provide high quality customer service to the existing Tesla community.
• Your performance will be measured by your ability to demonstrate excellent performance and results: engage and sign-up potential customers including for test drives and other events by Tesla, execute pop-up events outside of the store.

Requirements

• Fresh or recent (not more than 2 years) graduate from any recognized education institution.
• Must be able to commit to Full Time job basis.
• Have great passion in sustainable energy and Tesla’s mission.
• Able to work under challenging environment.
