BAT’s Digital Business Solution has an exciting opportunity for a SAP Logistic Specialist in Subang Jaya, Malaysia

This role manages the SAP Logistics and/or S/4HANA Logistics domain, specialising in one or more modules across Warehouse Management, Logistics Execution, and Materials Management.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Authority within the SAP Logistics and/or S4 Hana Logistics area focusing on one or more modules from Warehouse Management, Logistics Execution and Materials Management
• Accountable in ensuring changes meet the established processes/governance/criteria
• Key focus within the change lifecycle of implementation of changes including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, impact assessment, presenting to the appropriate governance body for approvals, transition and supporting the change post implementation
• Responsible for quality assurance aligning with audits and SOX controls
• Supporting release and deployment management, test management, service transition, and service operations with effective coordination and communication
• Support and contribute to CSIP increasing quality/standards and driving towards lean organization
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 8 years working experience in SAP ECC and S4 Hana with at least 3 full lifecycle project implementation
• Primary abilities in SAP ECC Materials Management, Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management modules or S4 Hana Logistics Procurement and Supply Chain
• Have experience/knowledge with integration to other SAP modules including Production planning, Finance, Controlling, Excise
• General appreciation of SAP technical and ABAP
• Must understand and have experience the full life cycle from business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, designing solution, implementing feasible solution, conducting tests (FUT, SIT, UAT, RT), data conversion and supporting the solution
• Have good engagement and communication skills and is able to work with collaborators from all levels and globally
• Have good command of English, both oral and written
  
  

Desirable Requirements

• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, DevOps, Lean Six Sigma processes and guidelines with professional certification is beneficial
• Good understanding of SOX and how it applies within IT
