Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Act as technical support for Technical Marketing team in Villach to create and validate products value proposition in customer systems during development projects
- Measure Infineon components in motor drives, battery management system and DCDC Power Conversion Applications, DCDC Buck Converters, Brick Converters for Telecom, SMPS for Servers/Telecom and Adapters
- Perform tests of leading-edge devices on specially designed boards to support the development and optimization of new technologies
- Carry out competitor benchmarking, organize and analyze data and generate test reports
- Contribute to peer reviews of internal development documents
- Contribute to regular exchange with PL team in Villach
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree from a university / university of applied sciences in Electrical Engineering or comparable
- 1-3 years proven hands on work experience in electrical engineering laboratory environment, including using lab equipment
- Profound knowledge of semiconductors, especially Power MOSFETs preferable.
- Experience in analysis of measurement data and presentation of results for internal and external stakeholders
- Capability to work independently
- Programming skills in C, C++, Visual Studio, Matlab, Altium designer
- MS Office skills
- Ideally some experience with design, assembly, test and debugging of discrete & analog power circuit boards
- Fluent English communication skills
