About the role?

The Executive / Senior Executive, Mobility & Engagement Unit supports Business Development (BD) activities for BPO RSA operations while coordinating closely with Finance on outstanding ageing and Statement of Accounts (SoA) monitoring. This role focuses on partner engagement, operational coordination, and commercial support, ensuring alignment between Business Development, Operations, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Development team in growing BPO RSA and mobility-related partnerships.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, partner documentation, presentations, and commercial materials.
  • Coordinate onboarding, activation, and implementation of new partners.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with assigned partners and stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of business development initiatives, campaigns, and partnership programs.
  • Act as the liaison between partners and internal teams, including Operations, Product, Finance, and Legal.
  • Support day-to-day partner enquiries and coordinate operational issue resolution.
  • Ensure smooth execution of agreed services, workflows, and partnership deliverables.
  • Maintain updated records of partner activities, engagement status, and operational performance.
  • Monitor outstanding ageing and Statement of Accounts (SoA) status in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Track payment status and identify discrepancies in billing, invoicing, or usage records.
  • Coordinate clarification and reconciliation activities between Finance and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Follow up on SoA reconciliation matters and ensure timely resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant stakeholders when necessary.
  • Prepare periodic reports on partner performance, ageing status, engagement updates, and operational metrics.
  • Maintain proper documentation of agreements, communications, and operational records.
  • Support management reporting and internal review requirements.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, process improvement initiatives, and implementation discussions.

Requirements

  • EXECUTIVE
    • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, or related field.
    • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
    • Experience in business support, operations, customer engagement, or partnership management is an advantage.
  • SENIOR EXECUTIVE
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, or related field.
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Operations, or related functions.
    • Strong stakeholder and partner management experience.
    • Experience working with Finance functions including SoA, invoicing, ageing monitoring, and reconciliation is an added advantage.
    • Proven ability to independently manage partner portfolios and coordination activities.
