Senior Manager Supply Chain Development and Optimization

Production Scheduling (PS) and Material Planning (MRP) : Governance the SAP template solution. Responsible to integrate the entire supply chain key processes thinking including Suppliers, Divisional Model (DM),Manufacturing, Logistic, Intercompany Shipment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Production Scheduling (PS) and Material Planning (MRP) : Provide guidance to key users for Fit/Gap analysis. Deep dive into detail of each process steps, consolidate biz process requirement to the architect for solution design/ development.
• Production Scheduling (PS) and Material Planning (MRP) : Act as oneSAP and MRP template governance and interface across Business/IT tracks, local key user and Global Supply Chain team.
• Production Scheduling (PS) and Material Planning (MRP): Support IT with system upgrades and changes for oneSAP template solution.
• General : Leading SAP supply chain technical assessment for new integration related to transfer/ project with new process introduction for BE including Integration testing, User Acceptance Test and technical release.
• General :Run project management including pre-planning, communication, monitoring and control, testing and buy-off, cut-over migration, pre/post go live execution and hypercare support.
• General : Drive Financial productivity improvement (cost structure/cost improvement) through big data analytics. Analyze / identify process weaknesses. Driving process improvement & harvesting potential. Best Practice drive.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Masters/Bachelors degree in Engineering / Supply Chain preferred. SAP knowledge will be an added advantage with 8 years experience in cross functional Supply Chain/Manufacturing area (Planning, Logistics, Production, IE etc.), especially BE supply chain related processes.
• Good experience / knowledge in BE supply chain including engineering sample process are highly preferred.
• In depth knowledge of IFX systems and tools preferred. 5. System knowledge and thinking competency would be crucial.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent team player and project management skill/certification preferred.
