Responsibilities

As part of the Product Team, you will lead some of our highest impact, strategic projects across the region. You’ll be responsible for raising the bar, delivering projects that require complex stakeholder management and coordination across multiple cross-functional teams. You will have the opportunity to help define the overall digibank product strategy.

• Build and own the deposit, investment, payment and card products for the banks in GXS Group which users love and yet make business sense.
• Identify areas of opportunity on our apps to surface and drive adoption of our products via seamless and highly contextual integration with the ecosystem.
• Work with national payment networks, external partners, and vendors to build end to end workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, research and business stakeholders to define an ambitious strategy, develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and execute on delivering delightful and impactful experiences for customers.
• Work with Product Marketing, Operations and other stakeholders on innovative and well defined go-to-market plans.
• Ship minimum-loveable-products based on quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g. a/b testing, survey data, usability studies), and continuously iterate on products based on feedback and data insights.
• Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work, use these metrics to inform future product decisions and improvements.
• Deliver the roadmap through agile sprint cycles, breaking down the product roadmap into executable stories and requirements, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  
  

Requirements

• A degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, business, finance, economics or related fields.
• 8+ years experience as a product manager with a tech software or financial services company with experience working with deposit/investment and payment/card products.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Empathy for users and a drive to discover and resolve their pain points.
• An owner’s mindset - you don’t shy away from the hard stuff.
• Healthy blend of strategic thinking capabilities with an innate "dream big, start small" mindset and an eagle eye for detail.
• Demonstrable success in launching new products or features with clear metrics and impact; Start-up experience is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with an ability to quickly command trust and respect from executives and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in leading agile teams.
