Job Responsibilities
The Senior Product Quality Engineer owns quality and reliability excellence across the full product lifecycle — from new product development through mass production. This is a senior technical leadership role that drives high-stakes qualification activities, leads structured root cause investigations, and delivers deep-dive data analysis to prevent defects before they reach the field.
The engineer serves as a key cross-functional partner, working closely with Engineering, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Support to build systemic solutions — not just fix individual issues. Their influence extends across the supply chain, with direct accountability for contract manufacturer quality oversight and pre-release hardware validation.
As a senior contributor, this engineer brings strong reliability engineering fundamentals and advanced statistical expertise, augmented by AI-assisted analytics to accelerate insight generation, identify failure patterns at scale, and drive more precise, data-driven decisions. The outcome: more robust products, fewer field returns, and a better experience for the end customer.
